Estas tecnologias centradas na voz t\u00eam vindo a aperfei\u00e7oar-se e a aumentar as vendas nos \u00faltimos anos, por serem, na nossa opini\u00e3o, indiscutivelmente pr\u00e1ticas. Em 2014, 55% dos adolescentes e 41% dos adultos usavam a pesquisa por voz, mais de uma vez por dia. E as previs\u00f5es s\u00e3o que, em 2020, 50% das pesquisas ser\u00e3o feitas desta forma e 30% das sess\u00f5es de navega\u00e7\u00e3o na <em>web<\/em> ser\u00e3o realizadas sem um ecr\u00e3.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080\">2. AI e Machine Learning<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nJ\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fidelizarte.pt\/blog\/seo-2017-parte-i\/\">aqui<\/a> fal\u00e1mos dos algoritmos que os motores de pesquisa e outros servi\u00e7os utilizam para analisar dados comportamentais e melhorar a experi\u00eancia dos utilizadores na web. Com a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da intelig\u00eancia artificial, e definindo par\u00e2metros b\u00e1sicos, estes mecanismos t\u00eam cada vez mais a capacidade de aprender e melhorar os algoritmos a partir da experi\u00eancia, assumindo um comportamento de aprendizagem aut\u00f3nomo. Prev\u00ea-se que os mecanismos de personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o inteligentes, permitam \u00e0s empresas digitais aumentar os seus lucros em 15%.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080\"><strong>3. Chatbots e interfaces de conversa\u00e7\u00e3o (CUI)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nChegaram at\u00e9 n\u00f3s em 2016 e este ano continuar\u00e3o a crescer. Quando bem configurados e interligados com algoritmos avan\u00e7ados de machine learning, os <em>chatbots<\/em> e os assistentes inteligentes, desempenham um papel fundamental na experi\u00eancia do utilizador com a empresa, j\u00e1 que funcionam de forma direccionada para cada caso\/cliente \u2013 interac\u00e7\u00e3o personalizada.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080\">4. Mais protec\u00e7\u00e3o da privacidade de dados<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nAqui est\u00e1 um grande desafio para o marketing digital em 2018. Com a nova lei GDPR (<em>General Data Protection Regulation<\/em>) aprovada pela UE, a partir de Maio os dados ter\u00e3o de ser processados, armazenados e protegidos de forma a manter a integridade e a confidencialidade dos consumidores, que por sua vez ter\u00e3o de consentir esse processamento (caso contr\u00e1rio as empresas ser\u00e3o multadas). Com esta nova lei, torna-se mais dif\u00edcil desenvolver as bases de dados, monitorizando e analisando o comportamento das pessoas.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008080\">5. Mais import\u00e2ncia na qualidade dos dados e respectiva an\u00e1lise<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cQuantidade n\u00e3o significa qualidade\u201d Quantas vezes j\u00e1 ouviste esta frase?
