Basta perguntar a qualquer jovem entre os 13 e os 25 anos de idade e eles dir\u00e3o: Snapchat.<\/p>\n<p>Para os que ainda n\u00e3o conhecem, o Snapchat \u00e9 uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de mensagens fotogr\u00e1ficas que, para al\u00e9m de fotos permite tamb\u00e9m gravar v\u00eddeos de curta dura\u00e7\u00e3o, ambos conhecidos por \u2018snaps\u2019. Os \u2018snaps\u2019 podem ser enviados para utilizadores que fa\u00e7am parte da sua rede de contactos e cada \u2018snap\u2019 tem a dura\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima de 10 segundos, o que significa que o utilizador s\u00f3 pode ver o seu \u2018snap\u2019 por 10 segundos ou menos, depois desse per\u00edodo de tempo o \u2018snap\u2019 \u00e9 apagado definitivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Recentemente o Snapchat sofreu uma actualiza\u00e7\u00e3o e conta agora com um novo interface e tamb\u00e9m permite mensagens de texto e v\u00eddeo.<\/p>\n<p>77% dos estudantes usam a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e diariamente s\u00e3o cerca de 400 milh\u00f5es de mensagens que s\u00e3o trocadas. Se o p\u00fablico-alvo do seu neg\u00f3cio \u00e9 este, ent\u00e3o est\u00e1 na altura de prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o. 50% dos alunos afirmaram que abririam um \u2018snap\u2019 de uma marca que nunca tinham ouvido falar, enquanto que 73% disseram abririam um de uma marca que conhecem. 70% adicionariam uma marca como contacto se j\u00e1 a seguissem noutra rede social e com 16,5 milh\u00f5es de utilizadores activos por dia, o alcance \u00e9 enorme.<\/p>\n<p>Mas se quiser dar aos seguidores da sua marca mais tempo para absorver uma mensagem, tem solu\u00e7\u00e3o. Em outubro de 2013, o Snapchat introduziu o &#8221; Snapchat Stories&#8221;, uma cole\u00e7\u00e3o de \u2018snaps\u2019 que podem ser vistos por 24 horas.
