N\u00e3o \u00e9 surpresa que a empatia \u00e9 umas das chaves para o sucesso.<br>Permite compreender as experi\u00eancias e os sentimentos de outra pessoa a partir do seu ponto de vista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O benef\u00edcio desta metodologia \u00e9 a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma conex\u00e3o emocional entre o utilizador e o produto. Os utilizadores sentem que as suas necessidades est\u00e3o a ser atendidas e ficam mais dispon\u00edveis a continuar a usar o seu produto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existem v\u00e1rios m\u00e9todos e um dos mais conhecidos \u00e9 o modelo Golden Circle, discutido por Thomas e McDonough no Australasian Medical Journal, onde se fazem 3 perguntas importantes (how, why e what):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Como vamos atingir esse objetivo?<br>Porque \u00e9 importante atingir um determinado objetivo?<br>Qual o resultado ao atingir esse objetivo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desta forma examina-se, prova-se ou refutam-se suposi\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mas o que acontece se n\u00e3o se usar User Research?<\/strong><br>Podemos acabar por estar a criar um produto ou servi\u00e7os que n\u00e3o atendem \u00e0s necessidades e expectativas dos utilizadores.
